📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements for enterprise customers. • Partner with sales teams throughout the technical evaluation process to drive successful customer outcomes. • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell engagements with strategic partners, including AWS and Okta. • Support customer integrations, technical evaluations, and implementation discussions. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and implementation challenges. • Help transition successful enterprise pilots into signed customer engagements. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise software. • Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. • Experience leading proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technical evaluations, or customer demonstrations. • Experience supporting customer integrations and technical evaluations. • Understanding of identity, security, or infrastructure technologies. • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills with experience leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
