📋 Description
• Own the configuration and implementation of Paylocity modules (Payroll, T&L, Benefits, HR, etc.) • Support system audits, data validation, and cleanup projects • Guide clients through best practices for compliance, workflows, and automation • Build out complex system setups like GL mappings, benefit admin rules, and onboarding flows • Participate in client calls and vendor coordination as the system expert • Translate business needs into effective system configurations • Occasionally train clients or provide handoff materials post-launch
🎯 Requirements
• A confident Paylocity expert with 2+ years hands-on experience • Comfortable working directly with clients or internal stakeholders • Obsessed with clean builds and scalable processes • Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver • Experience working on multiple implementations or post-go-live support projects • Bonus: You've worked in consulting, for a vendor, or have experience supporting acquisitions or multi-EIN structures
