• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. • Develop functional and technical specifications for new and existing systems. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements. • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements. • Create wireframes, flowcharts, and other visual documentation to illustrate business processes. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Assist in project management activities, including tracking deliverables and ensuring timely execution. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and coordinating with end users. • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
