• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Employee Experience Suite • Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades in accordance with ITIL standards • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Script Includes • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security • Participate in Agile development cycles • Provide technical documentation and user training as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant ServiceNow exp should be 7+ yrs • Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Employee Experience Suite • Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Build and maintain employee journeys, case management workflows, and self-service portals • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools to support seamless employee experiences • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Provide technical documentation and user training as needed
