📋 Description

• Architect and develop scalable microservices and Azure serverless solutions. • Lead full-stack development using .NET Core (v6+), ReactJS/Angular, and other front-end technologies. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub branching, PR reviews, and code optimization. • Ensure high scalability, performance, security, and usability of applications. • Integrate third-party APIs and tools seamlessly. • Optimize software with NFR techniques, ensuring robust performance. • Work with OpenAI, GitHub Co-Pilot, and LLM-based development for AI-driven solutions. • Manage releases using JIRA & Confluence documentation. • Lead a team of 10+ developers, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and ensuring high performance. • Effectively manages Agile development in a fast-paced environment. • Act as a bridge between business, customers, and technical teams, ensuring customer-centric solutions. • Drive clear communication, active listening, and decision-making for project success. • Estimate, plan, and prioritize work efficiently while managing timelines and ETAs. • Foster an open, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core (v6+), Azure cloud services, and Microservices. • Expertise in Azure Functions, Service Bus, Table Storage, Blob Storage, and Queues. • Strong experience in CI/CD, GitHub, branching, and DevOps best practices. • Hands-on with ReactJS/Angular, API integrations, and front-end technologies. • Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and optimization techniques. • Experience with Agile development, JIRA, and release management. • Proven leadership experience with team handling, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration. • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Good to have Skills: • Experience with OpenAI, LLM-based development, and AI-driven solutions. • Familiarity with DevOps, monitoring tools, and cloud cost optimization.
