• Lead and manage the end-to-end transition phase (planning execution stabilization) • Define and maintain transition plan, timeline, and governance framework (aligned with ~2-month transition schedule) • Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT), shadowing, and reverse shadowing activities • Ensure completeness of documentation (process flows, KT materials, SOPs, runbooks) • Manage transition risks, issues, and dependencies with proper mitigation plans • Work closely with incumbent vendors, client stakeholders, and delivery teams • Define service readiness criteria (people, process, tools) • Ensure seamless handover into AMS operations (L2/L3 support model) • Monitor transition progress and report status to stakeholders regularly • Support early-life support and stabilization post-transition • Align resource onboarding and ramp-up plan with transition milestones
• 8+ years of experience in IT services, with strong exposure to application transition / service transition • Experience managing transition for Oracle EBS / Fusion environments • Strong understanding of AMS delivery model (L2/L3 support) • Proven experience in transition planning, governance, and execution • Experience working in multi-vendor and global delivery environments • Familiar with integration landscape (OIC, APIs, PaaS) is an advantage • Experience with structured methodologies (ITIL, transition frameworks) • Oracle-related certification is a plus • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory
