📋 Description
• Support configuration and implementation activities across multiple IBP modules, including Demand, Response and Supply, Control Tower, and Inventory Optimization • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into system configuration • Customize key planning operators, planning views, key figures, and planning areas based on business needs • Set up integration between IBP and S/4HANA or ECC, including CPI-DS configurations • Develop and execute test cases for UAT and system integration testing • Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements • Work with analytics teams to support reporting from the Control Tower and planning KPIs • Participate in global deployment projects, ensuring consistent and scalable solutions across regions
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in SAP Supply Chain modules, with at least 5+ years in SAP IBP • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field • Proven experience in configuring at least three of the following IBP modules: Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Control Tower, Inventory Optimization • Familiarity with the Consumer Goods and/or Life Sciences industry processes and compliance needs • Experience with CPI-DS / HCI-DS for data integration with IBP • Strong understanding of time series-based planning, heuristics, supply propagation, and what-if simulation scenarios • Excellent communication skills in English • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus. • SAP IBP certifications in relevant modules is a nice to have • Exposure to S/4HANA embedded PP/DS or APO migration projects is desirable • Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning integrations within IBP.
