📋 Description

• Support the deployment of OpenText for HR document management, integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM • Configure OpenText solutions, including workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management • Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support and troubleshoot system issues • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems • Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements • Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements • Develop training materials and support end-users with technical queries and best practices • Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors • Ensure data security, access control, GDPR compliance, and continuous system improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in OpenText implementation, configuration, and support • Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or similar OpenText modules • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and their document management integration • Experience with APIs, Boomi, SAP CPI, or other middleware solutions is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving system issues • Proficiency in English • Experience with cloud-based document management systems is preferred • Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements is preferred
