📋 Description

• Develop and customize Oracle CCS scripting solutions • Implement business rules and workflow scripting in Oracle CCS • Analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions • Troubleshoot and debug issues • Provide production support • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 9–12 years of experience • Strong experience in Oracle CCS (Customer Care & Billing / Customer Cloud Service) scripting and customization • Proficiency in Oracle CCS development, business rules, and workflow scripting • Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database • Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions • Good troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Experience in the Utilities domain preferred • Exposure to Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects preferred
