📋 Description

• Support the recruitment and selection process, including résumé screening, interview scheduling and preparation of offer letters • Manage the full hiring process, including documentation, employment contracts and pre-employment medical exams • Register new employees in timekeeping, payroll and benefits systems within legal deadlines • Implement and monitor the onboarding and integration program, including welcome kits, company introduction and learning paths • Monitor employee experience during the first 90 days and continuously, using engagement surveys and employee support channels • Identify risks of early attrition and proactively recommend retention actions • Detect bottlenecks in recruitment, hiring and onboarding workflows • Propose standardization and automation of processes to improve the maturity of the employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of onboarding processes • Advanced Excel skills to organize and manage data in spreadsheets • Familiarity with personnel/payroll routines, hiring and related processes • Experience with the employee journey or employee experience • Experience providing support and service to internal employees • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools • Experience with ADP, Gupy and Qulture.Rocks — a plus • Interest in and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to HR routines — a plus • Organized and detail-oriented • Empathetic and supportive communication • Proactive attitude • Discretion and strong ethics • Process-oriented • Position reserved for people with disabilities (PWD)
