• Drive business development and strategic growth. • Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. • Prepare and submit winning proposals and tenders for EU and international clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and external experts. • Contribute to the strategic growth of our Climate, Energy & Environmental Transition practice. • Play a visible role in positioning Technopolis Group as a trusted partner for high-impact EU projects. • Manage and deliver high-quality consulting assignments on climate, environmental, and biodiversity policies. • Design and apply innovative methodological approaches to answer complex policy questions. • Conduct research, interviews, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations. • Draft analytical reports and policy papers for clients and decision-makers. • Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines to ensure excellence. • Mentor and support junior colleagues. • Collaborate with colleagues across Technopolis Group’s international offices to deliver impactful, cross-border projects.
• A Master’s degree in environmental science, ecological economics, sustainability studies, or a related field. • At least five years’ relevant professional experience in consultancy, policy research, or applied research, with demonstrable success in business development and securing contracts. • Solid experience in policy and programme design, evaluation, and impact assessment, ideally with familiarity with the EU Better Regulation framework. • Proven ability to develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and write winning proposals and tenders. • Strong quantitative and/or qualitative research skills, with experience translating complex data into actionable insights for policymakers. • Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, producing clear and compelling reports and policy papers. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver high-quality work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in multicultural teams. • Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage. • The right to live and work in the EU.
