📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and managing 3 to 6 distribution yards across North America. • Responsible for inventory management and expected to develop specific strategies for each site to help further market penetration of Techo-Bloc products. • Work directly with Sales to align company goals and expectations, thus creating an appealing destination for Techo-Bloc customers. • Required to travel regularly to each of the locations they oversee, visiting each location approximately every month. • Be accountable for all activities at each site and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Distribution Operations Manager. • Ensure all employees are properly trained and have the resources needed. • Manage time off requests and schedules. • Perform quarterly reviews of the Yard Coordinators. • Develop a travel schedule that will be approved by the Distribution Operations Manager. • Prepare, manage and maintain detailed reports of site visits.

🎯 Requirements

• High school Diploma or Equivalent; and five to seven years related experience and/or training. • Driver’s License • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports and business correspondence. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, clients, customers, and the public. • Knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; internet software; database software and contract management systems. • Oral Communication Skills • Written Communication Skills • Technical Communications • Customer Relations • Customer Service • Math Aptitude • Organization • Planning • Professionalism • Time Management
