📋 Description
• Map TOP's existing workflows and identify meaningful AI automation opportunities • Prototype and build automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or n8n • Collaborate directly with TOP's founder and team to prioritize, test, and refine solutions • Document what was built, why it was built, and how it works — clearly and completely • Stay current on emerging AI tools and bring vetted ideas to the table • Present progress and demos to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled in a degree program (CS, IT, business, or related) — or self-taught with a portfolio to show • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and figuring things out independently as they evolve • Organized, communicative, and reliable — you do what you say you'll do • Genuinely energized by solving real operational problems, not just academic exercises • Some experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or scripting is a plus — not required
