📋 Description

• Lead the technical vision and architecture of the AI platform • Lead and mentor a team of AI and back-end engineers • Design and evolve the architecture for AI-powered features • Evaluate, integrate, and optimize third-party AI/ML services • Act as a Product partner to translate AI opportunities into features • Establish engineering standards for AI feature development • Build and maintain data pipelines • Collaborate with CRM and Platform teams • Monitor the performance of AI features in production • Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape • Contribute to hiring efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience building and deploying AI/ML services to production • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs • Solid understanding of NLP concepts • Experience designing and operating microservices architectures • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) • Proven ability to lead a team • Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders • Understanding of responsible AI practices • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
