📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations for Enterprise clients • Perform transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, and reconciliations • Organize and manage daily tasks in Karbon practice management software • Work across multiple clients and client systems • Interact with clients periodically to answer specific questions and request information • Ask team members for guidance when requirements are unclear • Work with more senior staff on client operations

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting and payroll experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients • College degree required • CPA/CAS firm experience is a strong plus • Proficiency in cloud accounting technologies • At least 2 years running payroll, paying bills, and handling day-to-day transactional duties with US-based clients in multiple industries • 3+ years in NetSuite, SAGE, Intacct, QBO, Bill.com, Advanced Excel, Gusto, or other payroll software • Advanced analytical skills to interpret large data into meaningful interpretation of financial reports • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and reporting for PE and/or VC funded portfolio companies • Experience managing audits for clients is a strong plus • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients and prioritize work • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members across digital channels • Desire to build relationships • Humility and openness to coaching and critiques • Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, integrity, and dependability • Joy and a positive attitude in communications • Persistence and ability to politely remind others to stay on track • Availability five days a week within standard professional hours
