📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 technical support to customers • Manage physical and logical networks, including the configuration and maintenance of switches and access points • Monitor the availability and performance of IT infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or Nagios • Open tickets for network and server incidents • Provide technical support and maintain the corporate environment • Join the remote customer support team

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience with network infrastructure, servers, and technical support • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs • Administration of Windows and Linux servers • Knowledge of enterprise network equipment, including switches, routers, and access points • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification required or currently in progress
