📋 Description

• Define and enforce technical standards and architecture • Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance • Drive delivery quality and continuous improvement • Act as a senior technical advisor in client engagements • Contribute to presales and technical proposals • Lead and develop engineers and Squad Leads • Drive hiring, capability development, and knowledge sharing • Support practice strategy, assets, and frameworks • Collaboration on workforce planning and delivery alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (including Azure, .NET, etc.) • Proven experience in solution architecture and technical decision-making • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong presence in client-facing scenarios (workshops, negotiations, presentations) • Strong understanding of client needs and commercial context.
