📋 Description

• Assume technical leadership of projects, serving as the reference and focal point for technology decisions. • Actively participate in the development of backend and frontend solutions (fullstack). • Guide and support team developers, promoting learning and technical growth. • Define and maintain architecture standards, code quality, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns). • Support the product and architecture teams in defining technical requirements and estimates. • Develop and integrate systems, APIs, automations (N8N, RPA) and solutions using Artificial Intelligence. • Ensure manual and automated testing, traceability, and technical documentation. • Lead projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), promoting organization and productivity within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in fullstack development with Node.js, React, Angular, Java and Python. • Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership for development teams. • Experience with microservices architectures, REST APIs, and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka). • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Hands-on experience in process automation (N8N, RPA, Power Automate, etc.). • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Participation in agile projects with cross-functional teams. • Desired: Experience with .NET / C#. • Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, TOTVS, Sankhya, Omie). • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP). • Experience with information security, Brazil's LGPD and data governance.
