📋 Description

• Handle inquiries from prospective and active clients to conduct sales and validate new products via phone, videoconference, WhatsApp, and email • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing • Explain products and services to leads using a consultative sales approach aligned with the customer’s main needs • Deliver product presentations • Manage the sales funnel and accounts in the portfolio • Execute initiatives aimed at providing the best possible customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Commercial area • Basic understanding of programming concepts, sufficient to discuss technical aspects of our products with developers • Experience with Inside Sales • Experience with CRM systems — preferably Salesforce • Knowledge of sales techniques (SPIN, mental triggers, rapport, etc.) • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., customer support platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Customer-focused mindset
