⢠Handle low-complexity client requests, aiming to teach how to resolve the reported issue and enable the client to act autonomously if the issue recurs (Chat, Ticket) ⢠Assist with problem simulations and customer scenario testing ⢠Create improvement and bug-fix requests for the Product Owner (PO) ⢠Create or identify the need for improvements in support documentation and/or products to reduce customers' need to contact support ⢠Assist with validations and testing when required to support development ⢠Prepare product usage demonstrations to facilitate client integrations, speeding up time-to-production and improving understanding of our products.
