📋 Description

• Handle business intelligence and data analysis requests for the Fertilizers and Chemical Gas segments • Extract, prepare, and structure databases • Develop and maintain dashboards covering KPIs, results, and market-monitoring variables • Develop and support the preparation of management or technical-operational reports, including critical, statistical, and results analysis • Support the preparation, standardization, control, and monitoring of action plans and targets • Deliver presentations on activities • Analyze and map processes, identifying best practices, gaps, and areas for improvement • Develop and update procedures, work instructions, technical notes, standards, documents, guides, schedules, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, communications, and training materials • Structure and analyze data to generate information supporting management, decision-making, and departmental routines • Develop scripts to automate processes in SAP and other business tools • Occasionally travel to Petrobras facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields • More than 7 years of proven experience in related activities • Training in critical and statistical analysis of data and KPIs • Ability to identify and analyze deviations, develop and maintain information and management systems and dashboards, and generate informative reports • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA • Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Power Automate • Certificates or a statement demonstrating use of these tools for at least 5 years • Intermediate English proficiency • Preferably residing in Sergipe or Bahia
