📋 Description

• Accurately qualify the technical fit of the Tecsys solution and collaborate with the account director when qualifying opportunities. • Conduct effective discovery by actively listening, demonstrating curiosity, and asking open-ended questions. • Provide professional and timely responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs), coordinating with internal teams as needed. • Conduct on-site visits to observe client operations, assess hardware needs, and gather information from stakeholders and end users. • Develop the winning strategy for each opportunity with the account director and opportunity team. • Collaborate with the client and project team to prepare relevant demonstrations of Tecsys platforms and solutions. • Clearly explain the solution's impact as a performance driver to client stakeholders and obtain their buy-in. • Learn and communicate customer success stories across each key vertical. • Understand and highlight technical differentiators to stand out from competitors. • Establish credibility as a technical expert and trusted advisor with the client. • Demonstrate knowledge of warehouse automation capabilities and offerings. • Identify ways to simplify the prospect's or customer's buying journey and help them advocate for the solution within their organization. • Collaborate effectively across the organization and relay field feedback to internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales role or a similar client-facing position. • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred). • Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain logistics processes. • Comfortable working across diverse industries: distribution, healthcare systems, 3PL providers, etc. • Practical, hands-on experience in a supply chain logistics role (preferred). • Experience and knowledge of warehouse automation use cases (desired). • Quick learner with the ability to master Tecsys solution features. • Able to work independently without direct supervision. • Self-starter with curiosity and a desire to deepen industry, solution, and technology knowledge. • Ability to manage multiple sales campaigns effectively and simultaneously. • Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage an audience. • Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and accessibly. • Calm and confident under pressure; able to address client questions and objections with assurance. • Positive, problem-solving, solution-oriented attitude. • Team player with a willingness to collaborate and share best practices with peers. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
