• Lead mid to large-size multidisciplinary projects from start to finish with limited direction • Provide detailed drawings, specifications, calculations, and reporting information to clients • Delegate work, promote teamwork, and mentor less senior staff • Participate in in-house training program, mentor junior designers, develop course content • Conduct client meetings, programming sessions, and prepare meeting notes • Prepare and/or delegate mark-ups for Revit and AutoCAD drawings • Conduct job site inspections and design, coordinate, and engineer systems (telecom, security, network, audiovisual, acoustics, Wi-Fi) • Prepare drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations • Track decisions, budgets, schedule; manage client interface and coordination with architects and contractors • Conduct programming, design, construction, and closeout phases; perform configuration and commissioning of systems • Prepare opinions of probable construction cost and support business development and project financials

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent education/experience • Minimum of six years of discipline (physical security, electronic security systems) design for facilities construction projects • Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit) • Bluebeam Studio • Microsoft Suite • G Suite • EIT is a plus • CDT • PSP and/or CPP
