📋 Description

• Support modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects. • Apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence. • Contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline. • Maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards. • Support fast-paced coordination cycles and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables. • Contribute to TEECOM’s documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience. • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects, including exposure to coordination processes or field related activities. • Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development. • Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup. • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
