📋 Description

• Own hands-on execution, analysis, and optimization of e-commerce sales and marketing activities • Ensure an exceptional customer experience on company websites • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across email, social, and on-site platforms • Coordinate omni-channel graphic design needs through clear briefs, asset review, and cross-functional follow-up • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations • Support decisions related to product mix, promotions, and marketing efforts • Execute work that improves sales and profitability • Support integrated marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, and conduct market research • Manage project timelines and partner with internal and external stakeholders to complete e-commerce initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience • Required: Google Suite, including advanced Google Sheets proficiency; Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform); Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms; Paid digital advertising platforms; social media management tools • Preferred: Tiktok Shop • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion • Ability to travel (est. 1-2 times per year) • U.S. Residency
