• Take on a central role in group-wide marketing, bridging strategic ideas and concrete actions. • Own group-wide marketing campaigns across multiple countries — from planning and coordination to performance measurement. • Manage projects such as testimonial campaigns, office tours, webinars and trade show appearances. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders such as subsidiaries, customers, photographers, videographers and agencies.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, industrial software, SaaS or a comparable environment with complex, technical products. • Willingness and ability to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with complex topics and new industries; experience in the circular economy is a plus but not required. • Strong skills in producing specialist content (e.g., white papers, case studies, industry articles) aimed at B2B decision-makers. • Experience managing and briefing external partners such as agencies to ensure high-quality delivery. • Proven track record of managing campaigns and projects with multiple stakeholders — you reliably drive initiatives across the finish line. • Native-level German and business-fluent English for collaboration with international colleagues (including UK and NL).
