• Analyze tender documents and compile the requirements to ensure the service proposal is compliant at submission • Plan the preparation of the service proposal with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific requirements, production schedule, etc.) • Produce the documents required to capture copy from the responsible engineers and perform proofreading (grammar and spelling) of required documents • Research and select project sheets relevant to the current service proposal • Assemble organizational charts included in the proposal, produce the cover page and other graphic materials contained in the proposal, and obtain approval of these materials from the project lead • Complete the final assembly of the service proposal and produce the required number of copies • Ensure delivery of the service proposal within required deadlines • Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the role
• Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field and at least 3 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or at an advertising agency • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across all departments of an organization and ability to influence • Demonstrated passion for and strong expertise in brand development and brand management • Direct experience or client-side experience in B2B marketing (business-to-business) • Experience working in consulting, professional services, B2B commerce, or a similar business environment • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken • Must have a computer and a reliable internet connection for remote work • Must be able to work in the Montréal time zone regardless of residence • Good knowledge of graphic design tools • Enjoys writing and producing polished corporate documents • Strong interpersonal skills and a preference for building solid, collaborative professional relationships at all levels of the organization
