📋 Description

• Develop and maintain production-grade automation frameworks for complex network protocol testing & validation. • Strong CI/CD implementation experience as a non-negotiable requirement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 – 12+ years of experience • BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech education • Expert-level Python (advanced scripting, OOP, decorators, async, performance optimization) • Proven experience building custom automation frameworks from scratch for network protocol & feature validation • Deep expertise with PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar (hybrid usage is common) • Hands-on CI/CD pipeline implementation & maintenance (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins / Azure DevOps) • Strong knowledge of network protocols testing (L2-L7: Ethernet, MPLS, BGP/OSPF/IS-IS, TCP/IP suite, QoS, VLAN, 3GPP/5G protocols, GPON/OLT/ONT validation, etc.) • Real-world experience with telecom product testing — regression suites, feature validation, scale/performance testing on routers, switches, optical systems • Hands-on with traffic generators (Ixia, Spirent, Keysight), protocol analyzers (Wireshark), Linux shell, SSH/Netmiko/Paramiko/Ansible for device interaction • Bonus (Highly Valued): Exposure to AI/ML in testing intelligent test case prioritization, anomaly detection in logs/traffic patterns, predictive failure analysis, AI-optimized test suites, or auto-healing frameworks
