📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Data Flows, etc. ). • Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. • Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models. • Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders. • Create system architecture diagrams, data models, and flowcharts and code-review of the team work. • Develop in .Net/C#/Javascript/TypeScript etc, Creation of Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins, PCF’s. Implement business logic, workflows, and user interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions. • Strong understanding of Azure services, Microsoft 365, and integration patterns. • Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform. • Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions. • DevOps Knowledge of Pipelines, releases, User Stories, and Power Shell Scripts. • Design Solutions / Translate business requirements to technical solutions. • Experience with Data Fabric. • Managing a technical team and writing technical documents. • Certification in PL-400, PL 600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, and AZ-900 are essential. • Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
