📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and reports • Manage user administration, including user setup, roles, profiles and permissions • Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution • Support Salesforce implementations and enhancement projects • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements • Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to deliver system changes • Support data management activities including data imports, cleansing and validation • Assist in testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Maintain documentation including system configurations and process flows • Work towards achieving Salesforce Administrator and relevant certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Salesforce platform (Admin level) or similar CRM systems • Understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, security model) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate business needs into system changes • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn • Proven track record of supporting or delivering Salesforce platform solutions in a business or project environment • Required: Salesforce Administration (or strong exposure) • Required: CRM system configuration • Required: Data management and reporting • Desirable: Salesforce certifications (Administrator or working towards) • Desirable: Experience with Flow / basic automation • Desirable: Understanding of integrations or APIs • Advantageous: Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment • Advantageous: Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem tools (e.g. AppExchange solutions)
