• Design, build, and refine machine learning models and data-driven solutions to address real-world operational challenges • Work across the entire data science lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and domain experts • Drive innovation through experimentation, research, and continuous improvement of existing models and systems • Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and models • Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms and processes for future reference and reproducibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus • 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning modeling, with a focus on mission-critical applications • Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in geospatial analytics and drone data processing • Strong background in machine learning, data science, and analytics, with hands-on experience in building and deploying models • Proven experience working with multi-modal datasets • Solid understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, and production-level deployment • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
