📋 Description

• Installation, configuration & go-live of robotics systems directly on-site at customer locations • Support during commissioning, go-live and initial productive operations • Conduct customer training and handovers to operational teams • Documentation of setups, technical parameters and open issues • Analysis and resolution of technical issues during ongoing operations • Ongoing support and assistance with maintenance and service matters • Troubleshooting of hardware, interface and system issues • Escalation of technical issues to vendors and internal teams • Feedback from field experience to improve deployment and support processes • Contribute to the development of standards, checklists and best practices for customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in mechatronics, electronics, automation or related fields • Hands-on experience with hardware systems, technical installations or service interventions • Experience in installation or servicing of technical systems • Fluent German and basic English skills • Willingness to travel within the DACH region • Strong problem-solving ability and pronounced troubleshooting skills • Practical, reliable and structured work style • Strong customer orientation and clear communication in technical situations • Sense of responsibility and willingness to follow issues through to resolution
