📋 Description
• Taking Medicare calls • Speaking with elderly population • Helping walk through Medicaid benefits • Answering any questions from callers • Handling inbound calls, typically between 50 to 70 a day
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of call center experience is required. • Payor experience highly preferred • Medicaid experience is a bonus • High school diploma / GED required
