📋 Description

• Independently manage complex procurement requests, including sourcing, pricing analysis, contract review coordination, and execution • Serve as the primary Procurement partner for assigned functional areas such as IT, SaaS, Marketing, HR, and Professional Services • Lead supplier sourcing activities, competitive bids, commercial term negotiations, and renewal strategy development • Administer and optimize SaaS, MSA, Contract Purchasing Agreements, and Business Pricing Agreements where applicable • Identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation initiatives with Procurement Leadership • Advise business stakeholders on procurement policies, intake requirements, and timelines • Drive end-to-end Purchase Requisition and Contract lifecycle execution, including new vendor onboarding • Coordinate legal, privacy, information security, and compliance reviews for contract execution • Evaluate requisition accuracy and completeness for procurement-standard compliance • Develop and manage action plans for renewals, expirations, and risk mitigation • Maintain documentation, sourcing artifacts, contract repositories, trackers, and KPI reporting • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, intake quality, and service levels • Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement tools, policies, and indirect-spend best practices • Negotiate contracts based on strategic and financial goals, contract performance, and applicable thresholds • Manage negotiations, contracts, and business contingency plans for applicable indirect categories • Apply strategic sourcing, RFP/RFI, negotiation, and category-strategy expertise • Drive cost reduction through negotiation, value engineering, and alternative sourcing strategies • Manage compliance-related assessments with suppliers and internal cross-functional stakeholders • Conduct ABRs and QBRs with third-party vendors • Communicate project, issue, negotiation, and status information clearly and promptly • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in indirect procurement, including IT, Software/SaaS, Marketing, HR, or Professional Services • Strong experience supporting sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier negotiations • Ability to independently manage procurement initiatives with minimal oversight • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Experience working within structured procurement lifecycles and governance models • Working knowledge of contract terms, risk considerations, and compliance requirements • Experience with P2P ERP platforms; Oracle strongly preferred • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent Procurement experience with demonstrated contract and Supplier Management expertise • Required license or credential: N/A • Applicants must provide truthful information; falsification results in disqualification
