📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable APIs for web and mobile applications • Build and maintain microservices architecture for high-performance systems • Develop integrations to improve user experience and platform capabilities • Design and optimize database schemas in MySQL or other relational database systems • Implement object-oriented models using Ruby on Rails • Develop and manage cloud-native applications on Azure, leveraging Azure services • Collaborate with QA teams to enhance automation and product quality • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and bugs • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and development workflows • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and product iterations • Build solutions that power seamless digital healthcare experiences and enhance user engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails • 2+ years of experience with React.js for frontend development • Strong proficiency in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Strong experience with Azure Cloud and Azure services • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, OOP/OOD principles • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including schema design and optimization • Proven track record of delivering multiple product releases and iterations • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Familiarity with HL7 FHIR R4 standards and RESTful health data exchange is preferred • Travel requirement of ≤ 10% • Ability to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available • Identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud/misrepresentation screening are part of the hiring process
