📋 Description

• You capture, define, and manage the requirements for our Medical Service user flows • You lead our cross-functional development team in implementing product requirements • You monitor developments in telemedicine, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities for product improvements and extensions • You work closely with other teams such as Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 3–5 years of experience in product development or product ownership, ideally in digital health services and/or SaaS • You have proven experience and success in leading product development projects, including agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • You are able to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize product strategy • Business-fluent German and the ability to manage day-to-day teamwork in English. Comfortable with legal texts and medical terminology • You are a team player and can explain technical language in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand • A plus (but not required): strong understanding of the telemedicine industry, regulatory requirements, and healthcare technology trends
