📋 Description

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents, problems, and service requests • Contribute to the architecture of solutions with a focus on supportability • Create and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans • Manage small development projects to ensure clients’ platforms can adapt to their changing needs • Collaborate with clients to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance their data environments • Provide ongoing support and optimization for enterprise data platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Significant demonstrable experience in data platform technology, particularly Microsoft Tech Stack, including Azure • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Power BI, DevOps, Integration Services, Analysis Services • Strong understanding of SQL querying • Experience in various programming languages – SQL, Python/Pyspark, C#, Powershell, DAX, .NET • Attention to detail and a focus on continual improvement • Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
