📋 Description
• Perform comprehensive out-patient virtual evaluations for a large TX health system • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging • Develop and implement patient management plans and document clinical progress • Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans and chronic condition management • Collaborate with Neurologists, clinical managers, and team members • Manage patient inquiries via in-basket messaging • Longitudinal care and treatment for neurology diagnoses such as: Migraine and headache disorders, Epilepsy and seizure disorder follow-ups, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, Peripheral neuropathy, Memory disorders and cognitive decline, Vertigo and dizziness
🎯 Requirements
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license • Board Certified in Neurology • Comfortable with virtual care and technology platforms • Experience in Epic a plus
