📋 Description

• Handling IT incidents for business customers (hardware, software, network, access rights) • Working in the ticketing system: creating, prioritizing, tracking and escalating tickets according to SLAs • Supporting business-critical applications and, if necessary, coordinating with external service providers • Professional customer communication and clear explanation of technical solutions • Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases • Proactive monitoring of systems and responding to alerts

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of using PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc. • Familiarity with IT security concepts • Knowledge of networking, Windows client, access management, and collaboration software • C1-level proficiency in German and English • Accuracy, personal responsibility, and a solution-oriented working style • Reliability and ability to work in a team
