📋 Description

• Handling IT incidents for business customers (hardware, software, network, access rights) • Working with a ticketing system: creating, prioritizing, tracking and escalating tickets according to SLA • Supporting business-critical applications and coordinating with external service providers when necessary • Professional customer communication and clear explanation of technical solutions • Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases • Proactive system monitoring and responding to alerts

🎯 Requirements

• You are IT-savvy and have basic knowledge of using PCs, smartphones, tablets, printers, etc. • You understand what is meant when the term IT Security is mentioned • You find terms like network, Windows client, access management and collaborative software interesting • Your German and English skills are strong enough to read and learn technical material in these languages • You tend to be precise, take responsibility and work in a solution-oriented manner • You are reliable and place a high value on teamwork
