📋 Description
• Provide multiskill support (chat/voice) to assist customers who need help with any feature or functionality • Assist customers who have made online purchases and need help completing their orders or receiving their items
🎯 Requirements
• Be of legal age • High school diploma or equivalent • We are looking for empathetic, communicative people focused on conflict resolution • Experience with customer support via chat • E-commerce experience required, even as an end user • Familiarity with shopping apps and websites • Must reside in one of the specified cities
