📋 Description

• Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers • Handle telephone or video calls on demand and render the meaning of conversations consecutively between speakers of English • Process information quickly and concisely • Recognize sensitive cultural differences • Remain professional and courteous • Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices • Interpret calls involving subjects in healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, courts, and general business

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy • Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective • Ability to quickly establish personal credibility • Ability to follow client's instructions closely • Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client • Ability to read and write Chinese character is a must • B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with other required languages • Able to work from home on a permanent basis
