📋 Description

• Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers to understand and communicate with each other • Handle telephone or video calls on demand and render meaning of conversations consecutively between speakers of English • Process information quickly and concisely, recognize sensitive cultural differences, and remain professional and courteous • Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices • Interpret calls involving subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy • Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective • Ability to quickly establish personal credibility • Ability to follow client's instructions closely • Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client • Ability to read and write Chinese character is a must • B2 CEFR English Level bilingual with other required languages • Able to work from home on a permanent basis
