• Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers • Handle telephone or video calls on demand and render meaning of conversations in consecutive mode between speakers of English and other languages • Process information quickly and concisely, recognize sensitive cultural differences, and remain professional and courteous • Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices • Interpret across sectors including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business
