📋 Description
• Daily leadership and motivation of the team to achieve the established goals • Conduct coaching and regular feedback sessions • Promote internal communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments • Implement internal and client-specific processes • Quickly adapt to change
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to monitor, analyze and manage performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs) — with a clear focus on daily execution • Confident handling of escalations, sensitive customer cases and operational risks; able to make well‑founded decisions immediately • Clear understanding of data confidentiality, process compliance and the requirements of regulated industries • Flexibility to support onboarding, nesting and training activities during ramp‑up phases • Confident verbal and written communication skills with customers, colleagues and team members in both German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) • Competence in coaching, developing and motivating advisors to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
