📋 Description

• Deliver coaching sessions and achieve coaching objectives for the electricity project • Design and deliver coaching sessions in a systematic and methodical manner • Support employees’ professional development and help build job-related knowledge and skills • Prepare, deliver, follow up on, and report on coaching sessions • Prepare training materials • Conduct training needs analyses to select the appropriate coaching approach • Work closely with the Program Manager (Supervisor & ACCM) • Take calls to stay up to date on new developments and changes

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills (at least B2 level) • Strong self-management, learning ability, and creativity • Flexible and results-oriented approach • Strong analytical, instructional, and systematic-methodical skills • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of relationship management • Ability to resolve conflicts and lead a training class professionally and strategically • Cover letter and CV in German, combined into a single PDF document • Submit a complete application via the internal job portal by August 28, 2026
