📋 Description

• Develop production-ready agentic AI solutions • Establish and evolve the technical foundation for agentic AI, from architecture to technical infrastructure • Develop agentic AI solutions for a large organization to simplify day-to-day business and transform ways of working • Build integrations with existing IT systems, data sources, APIs, automation platforms and event-driven services • Enable AI agents to act safely across enterprise workflows • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, automation specialists, web developers and Business Intelligence colleagues • Design and establish the architecture, infrastructure and operating environment required to develop, deploy and scale agentic AI solutions • Translate capacity needs into effective use of hardware, compute and storage while balancing performance, scalability, security and cost • Set direction while remaining hands-on and involving specialists with complementary expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and operating AI/ML platforms, cloud or on-premises infrastructure, distributed systems, or production-grade software platforms • Strong knowledge of agentic AI, LLM-based systems, agent orchestration, RAG, model serving, containerization and modern backend development • Hands-on ability with Python, data science libraries, APIs, microservices, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and observability • Understanding of hardware and capacity planning for AI workloads, including compute accelerators, memory, storage, networking, performance and cost trade-offs • Ability to create secure interfaces to existing IT systems, APIs and automation solutions • Ability to design guardrails, logging, evaluation, access control and human oversight • Experience developing backend services and, when needed, lightweight web or interactive applications • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and open-source AI ecosystems is an advantage • Strong collaboration skills and ability to explain architectural decisions and create reusable capabilities • Fluency in Swedish and English • Security clearance and reference checks are part of the selection process
