• 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, digital/product strategy, or a pre-sales/solutions engineering role • Proficient in modern contact center ecosystems • Strong understanding of AI technologies • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
