📋 Description
• Define and own the Platform Engineering Practice, market strategy, P&L, talent, and delivery quality • Set the long-term technical vision for the practice • Own the full P&L including pricing and pipeline to delivery margin • Build and maintain senior relationships with channel partner teams • Drive investment in IP, accelerators, and reusable assets • Partner with clients' C-suite executives as a trusted advisor
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years in technology consulting • At least 3–5 years in an executive or practice leadership role • Proven P&L ownership • Strong command of cloud-native architecture • Executive communication skills • Business Development track record • Talent leadership skills
