📋 Description

• Own project execution and delivery milestones for onsite/field data collection projects. • Translate program strategy set by the Program Manager into actionable, day-to-day project plans. • Identify and resolve risks related to staffing and logistics, escalating program-level risks or decisions to the Program Manager. • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for the project. • Lead client calls and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs), including data analysis, performance insights, and stakeholder updates. • Track and report project financials to the Program Manager, ensuring alignment to budget and forecast. • Lead Project Coordinators and Schedulers, delegating tasks and ensuring alignment to project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant experience accepted in place of formal education. • 3+ years of project management experience in onsite/field operations, data collection, or a technical/global services environment. • Experience managing crowd-based or community operations preferred. • Familiarity with robotics or data collection programs preferred. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of data dashboards preferred. • Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification a strong plus. • Strong operational leadership in complex, fast-scaling environments. • Effective client communication and expectation management. • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and autonomy.
